It has always
been the goal of the WV ETC to offer the best possible training at the
lowest possible cost. Registration fees vary depending on the type and
length of programs. Wastewater and water certification courses are usually
1 week in length and utilize volunteer instructors. Thus a base
registration fee of $7/day is charged. Some workshops have the same daily
rate plus a $10-$50 book fee. When national experts come in to present
specialty seminars, higher registration fees (typically $75-$295) are
necessary to help offset part of the cost. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
STUDENTS ARE REGISTERED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED PAID BASIS. The ETC
reserves the right to cancel any program if not enough registrations are
